Day spas offer relaxing massages, facials and other services, and can tailor the treatment to your specific needs. If you're looking for an hour of pampering or a half day indulgence, a number of Tucson spas offer services that are sure to please.

The Red Door Spa at the Westin La Paloma in the Catalina Foothills offers 50 and 80 minute massage services. Specialty massages including desert hot stone, massages for pregnant women and sports massages. • The "Silk All Over" package is a sea salts and aromatic oil exfoliating treatment, with a steam bath.
• "Backless Beauty" focuses on removing impurities and exfoliates hard to reach areas.
• The "Mud Pie" treatment involves applying mud to remove impurities. Next is a body wrap with light plastic and warm blankets. A scalp message is included.

Spa Encounters at Gadabout's six Tucson locations are 2-3 hour treatments. One location, Gadabout Man, is for men only. Packages include-

• Natural Selection - Massage and natural pedicure.
